Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- 1 to 2 years experience in retail payroll administration
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Sage People 300 & ESS
- Time & Attendance Administration. Jarrison Time Knowledge advantageous.
- Drivers licence advantageous.
- Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

- Training of new Jarrison Administrators in the business.
- Liasing with service providers and inhouse IT for problem solving & new store set up.
- Daily verify and review time and attendance reports.
- Extract weekly / monthly payroll reports.
- Import / export payroll data.
- Prepare and process weekly payroll.
- Draft employment contracts for Casuals and Permanent Employees
- General administration and filing
- Updated CV
