Purpose of Position:
To capture, set up and process the monthly payroll, selection and resignation runs.
Requirements:
Certificate: Payroll Accounting (Required), Grade 12 with Mathematics / Accounting (Higher Grade) (Required)
Required Experience:
5 years general payroll experience, 5 years payroll administration experience., Experience in a medical environment, Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: Labour Relations Act (LRA), Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: Payroll practices and systems, Knowledge: SARS Law
Key Responsibilities:
Capture monthly payroll instructions to ensure correct payment information, Compile reports to provide performance feedback to management, Control the stationary stock for the Materials Management department to ensure sufficient stock at all times, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Reconcile medical aids, provident funds, Unions, salary and SARS payments to ensure accurate payment information, Set up and process the Dummy run to ensure correct salary payments, Update and maintain Medical aid information to ensure effective administration processes
