Resourcer & Payroll Administrator
Overview of the role:
Providing an important link between front and back office functions and giving candidates a great service.
Continually building our resource pool and sharing available candidates.
Supporting the delivery of payroll.
Offering cover and support to specific client projects and requirements.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Front Office Support
- General
- candidate first point of call
- phone answering
- registering to system
- Resourcing
- maintaining an available candidates list across our core blue collar disciplines
- provide candidates for Consultants to close / fill orders
- Compliance
- maintaining compliance tracker
- chasing outstanding compliance
- Back up for Temp Consultants on Holiday/Out of office
- Resourcing for incoming opportunities as cover
- Loadsheet/RDB Management for Temp consultants
- Payroll:
- Timesheet compilation and sending
- Chasing outstanding timesheets
- Entering working hours to system
- Referral to payroll agencies
- Candidate payroll query resolution
- (These roles will expand overtime to provide greater levels of holiday cover for Payroll Processing)
- Specific Project support
- NPSG Resource support and candidate management
- Client Specific Weekly/Monthly Reports
- RDB
