Payroll Administrator
The role will fulfil the full payroll processing function including but not limited to monthly pay runs, monthly / annual returns / reconciliations / reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of the monthly full payroll calculations
- Process salary bank payments
- Ensuring accurate approval of all employee payroll information and changes.
- Printing and distribution of payslips
- Preparation and submission of all monthly and annual returns
- Resolving queries and ensuring on going compliance.
- Filing of all payroll documents
- Capturing monthly salary journals on JDE
- Monthly reconciliation of GL Payroll Control accounts
- Ensuring that the SAGE is updated with all relevant and current information
- Any adhoc reporting and audit requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a full payroll function
- Excellent Excel skills
- Payroll in a mining DRC environment would be advantageous
- Sage ( People 300) experience would be advantageous
- Perfectly bilingual French and English
- Attention to detail and efficiency in accuracy.
