Payroll administrator required

A position for a HR/Payroll Administrator has become available to assist the HR Officer and the Payroll Administrator with the HR and Payroll functions of the comapny in Kommetjie, Western Cape.

Job requirements: 

  • Must have a post matric HR and payroll diploma/certificate.
  • Must have 1-3 years' experience in HR and Payroll in a manufacturing company.
  • Must be computer literate and have been exposed to a payroll programme.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Payroll experience.
  • Labour law knowledge.
  • Ability to show initiative and work under pressure.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Ability to work overtime should it be required.
  • Salary and benefits are dependent upon experience and qualifications.
  • To start 2 January 2018 or earlier.

Job responsibilities:

  • HR administration.
  • Management of the clocking/time and attendance programme.
  • Capturing of data.
  • Assisting with BBEEE, EE and WSP reports.
  • Assisting the HR officer with daily duties.
  • Assisting the payroll administrator with daily duties.
  • Keeping staff files updated and organized.
