A position for a HR/Payroll Administrator has become available to assist the HR Officer and the Payroll Administrator with the HR and Payroll functions of the comapny in Kommetjie, Western Cape.
Job requirements:
- Must have a post matric HR and payroll diploma/certificate.
- Must have 1-3 years' experience in HR and Payroll in a manufacturing company.
- Must be computer literate and have been exposed to a payroll programme.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Payroll experience.
- Labour law knowledge.
- Ability to show initiative and work under pressure.
- Good administrative skills.
- Ability to work overtime should it be required.
- Salary and benefits are dependent upon experience and qualifications.
- To start 2 January 2018 or earlier.
Job responsibilities:
- HR administration.
- Management of the clocking/time and attendance programme.
- Capturing of data.
- Assisting with BBEEE, EE and WSP reports.
- Assisting the HR officer with daily duties.
- Assisting the payroll administrator with daily duties.
- Keeping staff files updated and organized.
