Looking for an experienced payroll administrator in Durban.
Job requirements:
- The working hours will be Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 17:00.
- Grade 12
- Payroll and payroll administration experience
- Fully bilingual (Afr / Eng)
- Strong computer literacy
Job responsibilities:
- Full payroll administration for 70 people
- Payment of salaries and work men’s compensation
- Handling all personnel related matters (leave, sick leave, letters of employment, PAYE and medical aid queries)
- Reconciliations (medical aid / pension)
- Cashbook reconciliations (salaries)
- Processing of insurance claims
- General administration surrounding payroll that may arise
