Payroll administrator required

Payroll administrator is needed in Pretoria.

Job requirements:

  • 3 years payroll experience
  • Certificate of competency in Payroll Administration
  • Have experience with Softline VIP Payroll systems
  • Good communication skills and the ability to compile reports

Job responsibilities:

  • Will have to report to executive management
  • Processing of salaries and wages
  • Utilizing VIP system
  • Understand and implement statutory requirements relative to Payroll
  • Reconcile pension fund and and process payments to pension fund and Medical Aid
  • Receive and resolve queries regarding Payroll
  • Maintain detailed records of all processes and payments
  • Making payments via cheque and EFT
