Payroll administrator is needed in Pretoria.
Job requirements:
- 3 years payroll experience
- Certificate of competency in Payroll Administration
- Have experience with Softline VIP Payroll systems
- Good communication skills and the ability to compile reports
Job responsibilities:
- Will have to report to executive management
- Processing of salaries and wages
- Utilizing VIP system
- Understand and implement statutory requirements relative to Payroll
- Reconcile pension fund and and process payments to pension fund and Medical Aid
- Receive and resolve queries regarding Payroll
- Maintain detailed records of all processes and payments
- Making payments via cheque and EFT
