Payroll and HR Admonistrator

Required for a large company in East London with approximately 450 staff members.

Duties:

Overseeing monthly payroll functions ie. receiving and processing leave forms and attendance registers.

Updating employees information and employee confirmation 

Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Distribution of payslips

UIF, Retirement funding withdrawals

All queries related to payroll

Admin duties as required

Requirements:

Matric

Advanced computer literacy experience in MS Office Accsys and other payroll packages

Working knowledge of labour and tax legislation 

Valid Drivers licence

Diploma in Payroll and advantage

Remuneration: Markert Related
