An Established company in Somerset West is urgently looking for a Payroll/Administration Clerk to assist with weekly payroll processing and administration to start immediately.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
Advanced experience in Excel
Experience in Payroll on Pastel/ VIP/ People 300 will be advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate processing of new and temporary employees, transfers, promotions, terminations and deductions.
Perform weekly payroll processing such as importing batches, checking and reconciling.
Handle payroll related queries where appropriate.
