Introduction
We are looking for a Payroll Compliance Clerk to join our Compliance team. This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor.
Job Description
- To check and validate all payroll submissions across all business units efficiently, on time, accurately and in accordance with company policies and legislation.
- To execute tasks accurately, on time and in accordance with payroll procedures, company policies and legislation
- To check and report on the application of relevant legislative requirements and deadlines dates
- To record all HR and Payroll administration accurately to enable compliance reporting
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting
- 1 - 3 years of experience within an Administration/Payroll environment
- Company Policies and Procedures
- Relevant Legislation (BCEA, UIF, PAYE)
- Relevant Legislation (LRA, TAX, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT)
