Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a Sage Premier Consultant. The successful candidate should be driven to succeed and strive to exceed clients requirements.
Duties
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships with Sage Premier clients
- To provide internal training and support to clients regarding Sage Sage Premier product
- Consult on all aspects with regards to the software implementation (scoping, guidelines, requirements, data handling, roll out and support)
- Ability to deliver on time on budget and expected quality
- Be able to manage clients requirements and expectations
- Solution orientated
- Support others in problem solving and provide support and advice to less experienced consultants to manage product implementations
- Work as part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices, knowledge, resources and ideas
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Self-managed and self-motivated
- Provide analytical and insightful recommendations to clients and teams
- Identify and convert up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Trouble shoot and provide solutions to clients
- Understand data and reporting
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or IT
- A minimum of 4 years experience consulting on Sage Premier product
- Fully Certified on Sage Premier
- Experience with VIP advantageous
- Own vehicle and valid license
