PAYROLL MANAGER (CONTRACT POSITION) – GAUTENG
A multinational Pharmaceutical company has a 3 month contract position for an experienced Payroll Manager.
They require a person who has previous Payroll Management experience within a large corporate company and who has a strong understanding of benefits such as pension, medical aid, fuel card, travel allowance and VPR.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 year’s post matric Financial/HR/Payroll qualification.
- 5 to 8 years recent Payroll experience of which 4 years’ experience in the Management of a large Corporate/Multinational payroll.
- Have extensive knowledge of payroll processors and procedures.
- Understand governance in the payroll space (internal and external)
- Have a broad knowledge of concepts and problems that have and an effect on payroll.
KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE
- Extensive/Specialist Payroll knowledge of South Africa
- Understanding of the HR policies and procedures
- Extensive Computer literacy.
- Fluent in English
