Payroll Specialist

A client of ours, a global services leader, is currently offering a 24 months contract role for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the various functions within the payroll department and my client is specifically looking for an individual that has Tax and Vat knowledge.

Duties And Responsibilities

Calculations of employee and employer tax liability
Reconciliations of payroll tax deduction to the GL
Reviewing payroll third-party payments
Support the Payroll Manager as a Subject Matter Expert on Payroll Control Centre
Responsible for the IRP5/IT3A manual submission process

Qualification

Relevant completed Degree or Diploma

Skills

5+ years' experience within a similar role
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Advanced Excel Skills
SAP Payroll Certification (non-negotiable)
Industry: Manufacturing will be highly favoured
