Our client is seeking a seasoned HR generalist with expertise in change management, employee relations, performance management, and the employee lifecycle. This role is based in Pretoria. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications are a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience as a HR generalist
- Experience in banking and financial services is essential
- Proven HR generalist experience, with expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee lifecycle, and change management
- Based in Pretoria
