People Lead

Position Overview: To partner with the business to ensure operational effectiveness and optimal management of the human capital in the business.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications Needed

• Diploma or Degree/NQF 7
• 7-8 year's experience in a generalist role, preferably in a service related or FMCG environment
• 2-3 year's experience in a management/leadership position
• Strong business acumen skills required
