- A Hybrid role based in Durban, Cape Town or Johannesburg
- Up to R1, 080, 000.00per annum + benefits + bonus depending on experience.

This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of their HR Shared Services Centre, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of HR services to their employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a passion for process optimisation, and a commitment to enhancing employee satisfaction, in a technology business preferred.
Capabilities Required
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) in HR or related field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of job-related concepts with specialization in some areas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, Labour Legislation, HR Information Systems, and Business Partnering Models.
- Proficiency in data visualization & analytics, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Expertise in People Analytics.
- Understanding of customer and product portfolios.
- Insight into business domain, strategy, and long-term objectives.
- Familiarity with People Strategy.
- Oversee the delivery of HR services, including benefits administration, employee data management, and HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyse and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and service levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, line managers, and other stakeholders to address service issues and support HR initiatives.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as system implementations, process improvements, and policy updates.
- Workday, Taleo, iSims or similar subject matter expert experience is highly desirable.

- Manage team budget to align with strategy and ensure financial feasibility across projects.
- Contribute to the development of the departmental budget.
- Lead and drive a team of individual contributors with a focus on strategy delivery, setting clear direction and transparent expectations.

- Research technological, legislative, compliance, and governance developments to stay abreast of changes and provide insights on their impact.
