The department's aim is to work closely with the Business to help them understand performance data and provide insight. To support continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
The role will include requirements gathering and building of new Reporting for Operations related to the collections performance and query management for our clients. You will then support the continuous improvement of all KPIs to ensure performance standards are of a high standard for each campaign. Working with both Operations and our clients you will look for opportunities to not only improve performance but to help support the Client with management of the contract.
In this role, you will work closely with Operations and finance. Helping build reporting that will support the business in all aspects of that area.
Role Requirements
- 2 Years experience in the capacity of a Performance Analyst or Data Analyst role
- Experience dealing with HR data and processes
- BPO experience desirable
- SQL and Power Bi experience is highly beneficial
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with presenting to Senior Management
- Experience running workshops and working with business stakeholders to devise appropriate reporting and dashboard formats
- Experience working closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the wider business objectives and how quality data solutions can make a positive impact
- Natural ability for staying ahead of trends
- Ability to function under pressure and maintain a positive can-do attitude
- Methodical approach, while understanding the importance of meeting deadlines
- Available to work on a flexible basis as operationally required

- You will be required to build new reporting in Power Bi for the Operations team to support with day to day management of your campaigns.
- You will consult with stakeholders, find patterns and trends, highlight potential issues, and make recommendations for improvements.
- You will work with a range of tools, predominantly Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, to produce complex but easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
- You will also need to be comfortable and capable of presenting your findings to senior management, on a one-to-one or group basis.
