Direct Sales Representative
Our company based in Sandton is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for the management & development of your customers portfolio profitability, within the objectively set by your superior.
Key Accountabilities
- To market and sell a range of products
- Strengthen and expand current business with existing customer base
- Actively develop new business and be prepared to invest time in promoting the product range to new customers
- Develop volumes, gross margin and profitability of your customer’s portfolio in line with the global company’s strategy and budget expectations
- Manage customer prices/margins within set company parameters
- Coordinate when needed the different departments (R&D, Production, and Procurement) of the company to bring your clients and new potentials the service and quality they deserve in order to maximize clients’ satisfaction.
- Supports and follow management of the generic portfolio sales (D clients)
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for various customers in the industry.
- To comply with the applicable compliance guidelines.
Education/Training:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Ability to manage transversal projects
- Excellent relationship skills (customer & internal)
