Job requirements:
- General office administration
- Reading, monitoring and responding to Emails
- Drafting correspondence on boss’s behalf
- Answering telephone calls
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Bookkeeping experience - Invoices, statements and balance sheets
- Computer literacy
- Microsoft windows – Word and Excel
- Email and Internet
- Social media – Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- People skills - Staff and client liaison
- Manage and source resources and conduct research
- Managing ad hoc projects
- Travel arrangements
- Self-motivated, organised
- Proactive, multi-tasking
- Computer literate – excellent use of Excel non-negotiable
- Cordial and friendly demeanour
- Timeous and efficient
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
- Discretion – maintaining confidentiality
- Capable of competently dealing with situations in boss’s absence
- Must have own drivers licence and vehicle to run errands when necessary
- Working hours: 08h30 to 14h00, Monday to Friday; Saturday’s on request

- Dictation and writing minutes
- Stock controls – stock and stationery
