Vacancy exists for a Personal Assistant to 3 General Managers
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum qualification, relevant 3 year degree or 4 year diploma.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position.
SAP knowledge is preferable
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Windows 7/Vista).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare sales and operational reports and analysis.
Communication management –internationally, local (external and Internal).
Assist in constructing/reviewing both portfolios business plans.
Prepare top level presentations for business development/supplier meetings.
Build a database through contacts and industry networking sessions.
Administration of Office.
Local and International travel arrangements
Responsible for private/confidential, secretarial, filing and reception work for the general manager of Sales and Operations.
