Personal Assistant
Role:
- Diary management for Partners.
- Setup meetings and minute taking.
- Complete time and expense claims for Partners.
- Travel bookings, which include flights, accommodation and car hire (local and international) for both Partners as well as teams working for the 2 Partners.
Requirements:
- 5 years administrative support within a professional services firm.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Matric
- Bookkeeping/Executive Secretarial Diploma.
Salary – R11 000pm
