Personal Assistant
Matric, 1 years secretarial diploma or equivalent, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 3 yrs relevant experience.
Duties
Provide secretarial/receptionist support service to the manager
Render administrative support services to the manager
Coordinate and provide support and assistance to the manager for meetings
Support the manager with the administration of the managers budget
Keep abreast of latest prescripts including relevant policies, directives & documents which will be of relevance / interest to the manager.
