Personal Assistant
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license and own vehicle
- Experience in office administration/typing and dictation
- Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Understands basic accounting concepts (Balance sheets, Income statements, Journals, Basic Recons)
- Knowledge of CIPC, change amendments and statutory requirements advantageous
Job Specification:
- Communicates with staff and clients on MD's behalf
- Dictation and typing of technical correspondence, reports and other documents
- Management of Work-In-Progress, weekly, monthly and bi-annual work programs, maintaining and keep up to date records thereof for Owner and other departments
- Billings and hard collections of outstanding debtors
- Assisting the Owner with business and private matters/tasks
- Maintain statutory files, formations, amendments to companies/CC's/Trusts and submission of annual returns to CIPC, incl. PAIA
- Standard client appointments/diary management
- Marketing and newsletters
- Branding and Annual Tax Guides
- Planning of client entertainment and functions
- Takes minutes at meetings
