Key Responsibilities
- Executive diary management
- International and domestic flight bookings
- International visa applications with supporting documentation
- International accommodation and shuttle arrangement
- Hotel bookings and car hire
- Planning and coordinating of annual sales incentive trip
- Brand management within the company
- Ad hoc marketing and event responsibilities
- Management of staff
- Minute taking
- Presentation setup and compilation for EXCO and DCE meetings
- Purchasing and management of office groceries and stationary
- Purchasing of miscellaneous office purchases
- Monthly reporting
- Transportation of staff that are travelling to and from airport and/or Guatrain
- Managing the petty cash.
- Arranging the REDPRIDE award meetings
- Invoices for verification and approval
- Handling of certain expenses claims for the sales team
- Upload invoices on our Ariba system
- Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification and/or experience.
- Suitable business management diploma or degree advantageous
- Previous experience within similar role
- Superior business communication skills (Spoken and Witten)
- Good communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
- Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
