Your Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of time
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle correspondence and communications in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in organizing events and team activities to foster a positive work environment
- Maintain organized files and records, both digital and paper-based
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document management
- Be the go-to person for team inquiries, offering assistance and solutions as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that puts people at ease
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to support the team
