Position: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Remote/Work from home from South Africa
Employment type: Part-time with a stable salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling & co-ordination of meetings
- Scanning and assessing received emails
- Cleansing and administration of the Google Drive
- Cleansing and administration of Asana tasks and projects
- Accounting and booking of payment flows in Zoho Books
- Fluency in German and English languages
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Asana
- Experience with accounting software is a must (Zoho Books is preferable but not required)
- Experience with CRM software or similar platform is advantageous
- Proactive personality
- Attention to detail
