Part-time Personal Assistant (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a vibrant, fun and human-focused BPO company which is looking to hire a German-speaking Personal Assistant for one of their business partners. The successful candidate will be working with a Swiss Digital Marketing Agency.

Position: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Remote/Work from home from South Africa

Employment type: Part-time with a stable salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Scheduling & co-ordination of meetings
  • Scanning and assessing received emails
  • Cleansing and administration of the Google Drive
  • Cleansing and administration of Asana tasks and projects
  • Accounting and booking of payment flows in Zoho Books
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fluency in German and English languages
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite, Asana
  • Experience with accounting software is a must (Zoho Books is preferable but not required)
  • Experience with CRM software or similar platform is advantageous
  • Proactive personality
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Robust interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and quick learner
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organizational and reporting skills
  • Reliable and punctual
