Job vacancy for a personal assistant in Pretoria.
Job responsibilities:
- The appointee will be responsible for secretarial support, as well as for co-ordinating activities in the office.
- The personal assistants' main responsibility, though, is the provision of administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Director.
- Providing administrative and secretarial support in the office as well as providing assistance with planning and scheduling appointments and organising meetings. Taking minutes.
- Maintaining an effective electronic filing system.
- Reacting to requests for documents and information, independently dealing with routine enquiries and performing routine administrative tasks.
Job requirements:
- At least -2 years' relevant secretarial and/or administrative experience at management level.
- The ability to function under work and time pressure without compromising accuracy and efficacy.
- The ability to develop ideas, and to formulate them, concise and persuasive manner in writing, excellent spoken and written communication skills in English as well as Afrikaans;
- Excellent time management skills.
