Personal assistant is required in Groblershoop, Northern Cape.
Job requirements:
- Own transport
- Above average knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Field sales related and general enquiries.
- Collate draft agreements and sales related documentation eg. stock lists etc
- Sending collecting, distributing of documentation. Book meeting rooms/venues. Set up and maintain filing system.
- Processing orders and invoices for authorisation.
- Other administration functions.
- Attend meetings, record and distribute meeting action items.
- Typing and distributing of all correspondence and reports.
