Position of PA to Director and Sales Support in real estate company in Bellville.
Job requirements:
- Proficient admin and organisational skills
- Very strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have own car for errands and tasks including meeting clients of the director
- Computer literate - Excel, Word and design skills
- Knowledge of social media
- Excellent people skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and overtime
- Creative flair
- Real estate experience will be favourable but not necessary
- The right candidate needs to understand sales and have some sort of experience in sales support
- Own transport and cell-phone and laptop
Job responsibilities:
- PA to Director
- Manage director's diary, manage all business travel
- Admin Support of Sales Team
- General Admin and Support when required
Remuneration:
- Great Basic
- Petrol Allowance
- Attractive commission based on monthly performance.
- Salary: From R 6 500 depending on experience
