Main Purpose of the Role:

We are currently looking for proactive and confident Executive Assistant with strong digital and social media skills and experience
Computacenter is a leading independent technology partner, trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations. We help our customers to source, transform and manage their IT infrastructure to deliver digital transformation, enabling users and their business
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Executive Assistant/Digital Content Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for our social and digital media content & responses as well as supporting our Leadership team with administrative tasks. In this exciting, combined role, you will work closely with our Computacenter SA Leadership team.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, possess a strong attention to detail, and be competent in digital content creation and social media platforms.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant
  • Coordinates calendar management via Outlook,
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, take minutes.
  • Deals with confidential business and personal information. Demonstrates poise, tact, diplomacy and ability to maintain confidential information as needed.
  • Acts as a project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, organizing companywide events.
  • Assist in monthly Reporting
  • Prepare presentations for Computacenter Leadership team
  • Assist with making travel arrangements
  • Plan and manage Corporate Events
Manage internal communications

Digital Content Administration:
  • Continuing to adapt, maintain and develop our social media strategy
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content.
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Put together monthly reports, reporting on activity, results and trends on our social media platforms
  • Respond to comments and requests on our various social media platforms
  • Ensure social media budget is kept up to date and monitored
  • Must be able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Hire and train other in the team
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Adhere to rules and regulations
  • Present to Senior Management
Essential Knowledge/Skills:
  • Proven experience as an assistant.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in graphic design would be advantageous
Essential Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
  • Office Management Diploma/Degree Advantageous
  • Media/communications Degree
