Verantwoordelikhede
- Ondersteun die CEO met daaglikse take en administratiewe pligte.
- Bestuur en kordineer die CEO se skedule, insluitend vergaderings, afsprake en reisrelings.
- Berei vergaderingsnotules, verslae en aanbiedings voor.
- Hanteer telefoonoproepe, e-posse en ander korrespondensie namens die CEO.
- Verseker dat alle dokumente en lers korrek en betyds gestoor en opgedateer word.
- Betalingsvoorbereiding: Help met die voorbereiding en verwerking van betalings, en verseker dat alle finansile transaksies akkuraat en betyds is.
- Handhaaf 'n ho vlak van vertroulikheid en professionaliteit in alle situasies.
- Werk saam met ander afdelings om vloeiende kommunikasie en samewerking te verseker.
- Nasionale Matrieksertifikaat.
- Beproefde ondervinding as 'n persoonlike assistent, uitvoerende assistent, of soortgelyke rol.
- Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede in beide Afrikaans en Engels.
- Sterk organisatoriese en tydsbestuursvaardighede.
- Sterk kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vermons.
- Vlotheid in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Vermo om onafhanklik te werk en verskeie take gelyktydig te bestuur.

Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Centurion
Salary: R10 000 - R15, 000 per month (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with daily tasks and administrative duties.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure that all documents and files are correctly stored and updated in a timely manner.
- Payment Preparation: Assist with the preparation and processing of payments, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- National Matric Certificate.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
