What will you do?
Provide secretarial support to the Business and / or Sales Manager in terms of the following:
- Travel arrangements
- Organising and preparation of meetings, functions, presentations and conferences
- Minute Taking and following up on actionable items
- Diary management
- Mail and information management
- Client liaison
- Time and priority management
- Office and telephone administration
- Administration support
- Collate, analyse and interpret data sheets
- Key Account & Marketing Administrative support
- Manpower support
Qualification & experience
- Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent qualification
- Secretarial experience and computer literacy with an ability to execute tasks virtually as well.
- Previous experience in a marketing/sales environment with vested knowledge of MS-Office
- Previous experience in Sanlam Financial Advisers/Connect will serve as an advantage
