Position: Part-time Junior Administrative Assistant
Location: Sandton, South Africa (Remote with in-office requirements)
Duration: Part-time (permanent opportunity) 5 hours per day: Hybrid (any travel costs will covered by client)
Remuneration: Industry related

- Email Management: Efficiently manage and organize incoming emails, responding to inquiries and forwarding relevant messages to appropriate team members.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Travel:able to drive client to certain meetings and run errands that require driving (company car will be provided). Interprovincial Travel: Prepare for and accompany executives on interprovincial trips, ensuring smooth travel logistics and support during meetings and events.
- Office Support:Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative and bookkeeping support roles (minimum 1-2 years)
- Proficiency in email management and calendar scheduling
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel interprovincially
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Note: This position requires three in-office days during the first two weeks for onboarding purposes. Thereafter the frequency will depend on client requests. All travel expenses will be covered by the company, including interprovincial travel and use of company vehicle. Candidates must be prepared to work only five hours per day and be open to the possibility of permanent, full-time employment.
