Temporary PA & office assistant is required in Sunningdale, Cape Town to handle admin load from busy business executive.
Job responsibilities:
- Take and make multiple telephone calls daily
- Generate new quotes
- General emails & admin
- Do daily quote followup calls
- Will work off a strict daily task schedule
Job requirements:
- Excellent selling, negotiating skills will be an advantage as part of job will be to ‘close deals’
- Have excellent writing, spelling & telephone skills
- Fully computer literate
- Fully Word, Excel & Powerpoint literate
- Have excellent organizing skills
- Must have own reliable transport
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and off weekends.
- Salary depending on skills & experience + 2% sales commission paid monthly
