- The successful candidate will be working directly with management and will have to be very precise and highly admin orientated.
- Own transport
- Living within the Helderberg area preferably
- Accounting knowledge advantageous
- Business, email an telephone ethics
- Knowledge on Pastel Accounting or an accounting system would be advantageous
- Willing to work in a high stress environment
- All rounder
- Positive attitude
- Keeping diary and reminders
- Any and all add-hoc duties as needed by director and management
- May be needed to drive on occasions for documentation
- All admin duties, from insurance, accounts, vehicles and any other needed admin.
- Clean criminal record and willing to give us permission for a criminal/fraud check
- Must have contactable references
- Must know Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher etc)
