Experienced personal assistant to HR Manager is needed in Kirkwood, Eastern Cape.
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Secretarial diploma/any PA Diploma advantage but not necessary
- Proven computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and reception support to the Senior Manager
- Render administrative support services to the manager
- Provide support to manager for meetings
- Administration and support of managers budget
- Keep abreast of latest prescripts including relevant policies, directives and documents which will be of relevance / interest to the manager
