PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Our client in the Upper Highway area is seeking an experienced individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Render executive personal assistant service to the Managing Director
Render Secretarial services
Perform general functional and administrative activities
Key Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office
Proficiency in verbal and written communication
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Honesty and integrity
Methodical and attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills
Extensive aptitude and accuracy in minute taking and report writing Ability to plan and handle communication with all levels of staff Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures Ability to pay attention to detail and keep accuracy levels
Minimum Qualifications
Recognized three year Office Administration / Secretarial Diploma or equivalent
Grade 12
Possession of a valid Drivers Licence will be an advantage
Minimum Experience
Five years Executive Personal Assistant experience, good organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work under pressure serving the Executive Office.
High proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Power point etc.
Report writing experience.
