- Provide a friendly and efficient public relations role for office of the Director.
- Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Compile and manage all correspondence and documentation.
- Accurately manage and control the diary of the executive director.
- Make travel arrangements both local and international.
- Planning and Managing events and meetings.
- Preparing meeting packs and taking minutes.
- Procurement Management such as monitoring and tracking purchase orders
- Provide general office management of the executive director's office.
- Provide general data support in the form of preparing data, pivot tables and charts for key reports required.
- Maintaining confidentiality is essential.
- Process reimbursements for the executive director and ensure receipts are provided to Finance department
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
