PETWORLD XXL FOURWAYS Pty is a family owned company, leading the way in the Pet Retail industry. We are looking for experienced sales staff to complete our family in PETWORLD XXL FOURWAYS. To keep up the high level of customer service, PETWORLD XXL FOURWAYS Pty is dedicated to provide our customers with the best service levels, the correct knowledge, care for different animals and stock quality pet products. We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated staff to fill our PETWORLD XXL FOURWAYS store.
The following positions are available:
- 1x experienced assistant manager (Pet Retail)
- 2x cashiers
- 1x cleaner
- 2x dog sales assistants
- 1x cat sales assistant
- 1x small animal sales assistant
- 1x fish sales assistant (tropical experience)
- 1X fish sales assistant (marine experience)
- 1X reptile sales assistant
- 1x bird sales assistant
- 1x vet receptionist
Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent, world class customer service.
- Achieve and exceed service levels and set out targets.
- Maintain and uphold the level of standards, set out by PETWORLD XXL FOURWAYS.
- Take responsibility for the department and care of livestock as you would, your own.
- Maintain and uphold hygiene and service level standards.
- You would need to have Pet knowledge, in the department you’re applying for.
Job requirements:
- Display outstanding customer service skills.
- Have a positive, can do attitude.
- Have previous grooming experience!
- Show initiative, enthusiasm and punctuality.
- Have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a friendly, passionate and successful team.
- An element of heavy lifting is involved and you will be required to lift between 5kg and 25kg.
- A passion for pets especially dogs and cats is highly regarded.
- This is a full-time position and you will be required to have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
