We are looking for a talented PGEN CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team specializing in SALES for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA.
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
- Sells company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
- Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Develops relationships to generate customer goodwill and stability. Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.
- Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Drives utilization of Cummins tools and processes (i.e. SFC, segment focus, effort vs reward etc)
- Manage Customer Relationships - Manages customer interactions and relationships to maximize sales opportunities
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- Electrical Diploma
- Sales experience in generators 5 years minimum
- Experience in balance of plant components/equipment
- Excel / MS Windows skills
