Our company is looking to employ suitably qualified and experienced candidates for three (3) positions based in Cape Town Region.
Job responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate the pack and unpack of containers according to SOP’s and ensuring cargo is tracked.
- Packing and unpacking containers ensuring all cargo is labeled and scanned correctly
- Reporting all damaged and short cargo to supervisor • Unpacking of import containers
- Packing of export containers.
- Take photos of all containers’ content
- Draw IDM cargo for various destinations
- Ensure cargo is stowed in the designated bays
- Ensure goods released as per GRR’s
- Ensure the condition of goods received is recorded
- Ensure DCR is captured on Oasis
Job requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literacy
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English.
- Detail orientated
- Mathematically proficient
- Experience in warehousing and logistics will be beneficial
- Must have a valid forklift license (non-negotiable)
