Provide administrative support to the SCM Department. Assist in the Campaign roll outs, Projects, daily administration and co-ordination work with Franchisees & Suppliers.

The scope of this position focuses primarily on the Africa Business Region supporting TAG.
Position will be based in Johannesburg
Position Responsibilities
- SCM Fee Management (end-to-end):
Payment follow-up &
Ageing report management
- Category Management Support:
Database management,
Support global & regional bidding/negotiation process,
- SCM Compliance:
Update and maintain an effective filing system, and deal with correspondences in a prompt & efficient manner.
Work closely with Franchisees & Internal QA team for all compliance matters including updated Approved supplier list by market.
- SCM Projects /Logistics:
Samples follow up with suppliers for NPD sign off
Closely work with franchisee for the local project completion,
Ensure supply through alignment with Digistics, suppliers and Fz (imports & exports)
- Campaign /LTO management: Own the LTO process including
Co-ordinate with supplier and Fz on Label registrations
Main contact point between supplier / Franchisee to launch campaigns on time
- Global Classification Roll-out:
Owning supplier relationship for these new suppliers.
Working closely with franchisee for local supply options
- Reporting: manage the global regional reporting (spend smarter, savings tracking etc)
- Assist in the preparation of conferences, events, colleges and presentations etc. as required.
- Troubleshoot day to day supply challenges as they may arise showing positive solution orientated mindset
- Participate in project work and other duties as required.

- Diploma in Business Administration (preferred) or other fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience with food and beverage and/or multi-outlet industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with other departments, suppliers and franchisees.
- A team player who is customer service oriented and can multitask.
- Attentive to details with good organizational skills, High work ethic, Positive mindset and ability to work in time sensitive, highly pressurized environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Must be highly independent with minimal supervision required.
- Self-starter with plenty of initiative.
