- Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a call cycle to visit and engage with potential and current employment partners
- Build up a placement pipeline within your responsible region
- Research recruitment trends in your responsible region
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing placement partners
- Identify and Report on risks in relations to Work Integrated Learning, Placements & the Placement Partner
- Reach weekly and monthly WIL(Work Integrated Learning) and Placement KPIs
- Accurate Weekly Reporting on the areas visited
- Real time reporting to the office and other important stakeholders
- Traveling 3 weeks out of a month based on operational requirements
- 1 week in the office for admin and planning
- Maintain existing placement partner relationship and endeavor meeting and resolving requests or concerns
- Retain new business placement partners to expand on current database
- Job hoppers will not be considered, we are looking for longevity and loyalty
- 5 years Sales experience in the education or hospitality industry
- NQF level 5 or 6
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written command of English language and proficiency in the following languages would be advantages
- Preferred spoken languages: Sepedi is essential
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Drivers License
