Planner - Hi Division

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Influencing and implementing the relevant brands merchandise strategy
  • Financial and strategic management of the various products e.g. product planning, controlling open-to-buy, allocations, reviewing weekly & monthly figures
  • Management of the range assortments and replenishment
  • Management and implementation of distribution strategy e.g. analysing stores profiles & sales trends, developing promotional & range distribution by store & cluster
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels which include optimising stock levels and reducing excess
  • Collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders including internal buying and operational stakeholders to maximise sales, analyse performance and optimise stock levels
  • Communication with stores and field
Qualifications And Experience
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Proven working experience as a Planner (3 - 5 years)
  • Trader mentality and tech product experience is advantageous

  • Strong business acumen and merchant thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A high degree of numeracy and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually
