Job Description

This role supports the growth of the SSA Solutions business by supporting the Head of SSA Product and Solutions to drive business priorities and revenue targets. The role will provide oversight, identify, and execute with the team on strategic opportunities and support the planning process (AOP/MSO).

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Forecasting, analyzing and tracking Product plans and initiatives to support the Head of SSA Product in financial planning, program tracking, managing strategic business initiatives, client support programs, management reporting, insights and build best practice operations.
  • Work with cross functional organizations across Visa, including client operations, marketing, legal, finance and controllership to establish best practices and identify opportunities to improve process flow and structure.
  • Supports the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure timely execution as per milestones or deadline dates.
  • Reconciles plans with actual financial performance on a monthly basis and prepares regular management reports on results.
  • Maintain strong and timely MIS/dashboards to the Product team to contribute to the analysis of performance on key metrics to identify areas of focus/opportunity/growth and profitability.
  • Contribute to robust business cases and optimized product investments through review, analysis and challenge to ensure business assumptions are valid.
  • Contributes to maintain a robust control environment in terms of data protection, quality standards, compliance with benchmarking and disclosure rules.
  • Prepare regular management reporting and presentation documents.
  • Tracks and reports on AANR pipeline in MSD. Lead the team pipeline review meetings and actively manage the pipeline with the Product and Solutions team.
  • Consolidate weekly and monthly team reporting.
  • Works closely with Hub and local teams to identify white space opportunities and execute against the opportunities based on revenue potential.
  • Tracks overall execution of the Product and Solutions team against annual plans.
  • Monitors and tracks performance of all opportunities within the Product and Solutions function.
  • Keep track and report on all opportunities being executed with the function using the identified tracking tool.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or equivalent, Masters degree advantageous but not a requirement.
  • 2+ years (with Bachelors degree) or 1+ years (with Masters degree) of experience, spanning retail banking, payments, digital/technology, or consulting.
  • Project Management qualification(s) would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
