KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning deliveries from national/regional warehouses to customers thereby.
- Optimising transport costs and ensuring sales orders are expedited as per customers requirements.
- Customer communication on a daily basis.
- Ensuring that all dedicated vehicles are fully utilised.
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed timeously.
- Ensuring customer PODs are captured at the relevant NDC/Branch.
- Stock counts at financial year-end.
- Reporting to Internal and external customers.
- Adhoc administration functions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- 1-3 years experience within a supply chain with a focus on Outbound logistics.
- Advanced MS Office experience.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- SAP Experience being a pre-requisite.
