Site Specific Objectives
- All Planned Maintenance Works are conducted on OnKey.
- Maintain as asset register for all buildings, machinery, equipment, vehicles and other assets for which TFS is responsilble.
- Add or remove assets from the register as and when renewed or replaced.
- Track asset locations and update as necessary, This includes equipment sent for repair.
- Develop Maintenance Schedules in accordance with the Central OnKey team
- Engage with Department heads to create and set up Maintenance plans for all assets in accoordance with the maintenance Strategy
- Ensure timely issue of Work Orders or instructions to maintenance teams and Service Providers to ensure Planned Maintenance is conducted as per maintenance schedules
- Issue work permits for the execution of PM works
- Liaise with the Stores regarding materials and spares and ensure delivery times, stock issues, etc meet the requirements to execute the job.
- Close off Planned Maintenance tasks upon completion and ensure all documentation is in order and matched.
- Review Service Reports for remedial works required and action accordingly
- Submit relevant Invoices and documents to Finance for payment.
- Followup on outstanding Invoices and documentation
- Assist with information for creating of weekly, bi monthly and monthly Technical reports
- Assist with the updating of all open work orders on a regular basis
- Provide support to the Technical Managers
- Assist the technical team with any administrative issues related to PM TasksPrepare monthly reports on the sections relating to the PM conducted
- Daily, weekly and monthly inspections form patrt of the PM plan
- Ensure that inspections are completed as per Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Log calls with the Helpdesk for all faults picked up
- Always answer calls in a cheerful, friendly manner

- Fully proficient in EXCEL
- Able to execute MS Word, PowerPoint
- Extensive knowledge of Computerised Maintenance planning systems and process with emphasis on planned preventative maintenance, Relaibility centered maintenance and predictive maintenance

- Matric,
- NQF 5 (N5) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Attendance of Maintenance Planning course
- 2-3 years experience in a similar environment producing and execuiting maintenance plans.
- Knowledge of the OHS Act
- Solid all round Engineering Knowledge of engineering related to commercial hospitality buildings.
