Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align planning activities.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other external partners.
- Lead and mentor the planning team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a planning or coordination role within the food production industry.
