Core Description Responsible for Support and contribute to the execution of strategic planning activities, seek out local & global research sources and support the analysis of shifts to the industry, competitor, and operational landscapes also responsible for providing supporting the preparation of the Enterprise and BU scorecards, focusing on priorities that have high enterprise strategic impact.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Contribute to conducting industry research, environmental scans, benchmarks analysis and collate global trends insights using industry, and global research resources
Responsible for ensuring strategy engagement sessions are diarised, logistics planned, agenda is prepared, pre-reading collated and distributed
Support preparation of strategic planning submission templates, and guidelines
Responsible for preparation of the strategy overview documents and incorporation of inputs all gathered insights
Contribute to the preparation of periodic point of views on the BCX strategic posture to support internal and external presentations by EXCO members
Support the planning and facilitation of the Enterprise and BU operational planning workshops
Support the BUs engagements on unit operational plans to ensure alignment to the Enterprise strategic priorities
Contribute to preparation of the performance scorecards for all the EXCO members in alignment with the Enterprise priorities and support with validation of achieved outcomes
Contribute to the management of the knowledge exchange forums and serve as strategy champion
Support engagements with BUs to ensure alignment to the enterprise strategic posture
Support the planning and facilitation of the annual strategic planning engagements and quarterly business reviews
Contribute to the preparation of Group Strategy input documents including Board Packs
Support the cascading of enterprise strategy into operational plans
Contribute to operationalizing knowledge sharing on strategy execution excellence

If the highest qualification is grade 12, 7 years of experience is required
