Plant Engineer - Mining Industry - R1.7Mil - R1.5Mil

RPO Recruitment's client is a great mining company in North West, which is seeking the expertise of a Plant Engineer to join their team in Rustenberg.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to all applicable legal requirements and cops
• Performance assessment of foremen and artisans
• Disciplinary hearings
• Responsible for implementing safe work standards and procedures
• Ensures adherence to the companys health and safety standards
• Planned maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Co-operation with operational team to ensure plant throughput and production targets are met
• Support the Plant Manager in operational duties, including human resource management

Requirements

• Grade 12
• GCC Mines & Works
• National Diploma or Degree in the Engineering field
• MDP or equivalent
• 10 - 15 years experience in a plant mining environment
